Roll-up screenshots on Zendesk

I am digging this subtle roll-up. But the big question is, does it help convert? I wonder if they AB tested it?

Garrett Murray is booked through November

Garrett Murray is using the laws of motion detection nicely. A flag slides out after the page loads. As the flag moves out, your eye is naturally drawn to focus on it. The availability flag is quite memorable, it’s one of the most colorful things on the page (color aids ememory recall more than black/white, according to sciencemen).

Perhaps I’m reading into this too much, but this flag conveys a lot of information.

  1. He’s not available for work right now.
  2. He will be available soon.
  3. He’s busy, which suggests (to me) he’s serious about his business.

When he’s available for work, a green flag is shown. Good to go! Nice work, Garrett.
